At the Floating Stone we offer two spa menus, one that is provided in our on-site massage rooms and that can be also done as an in-room
service, with the second being provided in our watsu/aqua massage pool.

Spa Requests and Terms:

Reservations:  We highly recommend that you schedule your spa appointments one week in advance to ensure your preferred time and treatment/service is available. We welcome guests without a reservation but to ensure your desired service, please call ahead. We want your visit to be exceptional.

Cancellation Policy:  As a courtesy to other spa guests and therapists, we ask that you give us a 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid a full charge.  A credit card number, advanced payment or gift certificate number is required at the time of your booking. For spa packages and when two or more guests are booking services together, we require a 72- hour cancellation notice.  Groups and bridal parties will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

Gratuities: We ask these to be paid to the therapist by cash, check or credit card. 15-20% is recommended.

Spa Etiquette: Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect the right of others to indulge in the serenity our spa offers.

Spa Arrival:  We recommend you check in with the receptionist at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment or spa service. Take the opportunity to enjoy a refreshing glass of our alkaline/ionized water or warm tea; this gives you a chance to relax before your scheduled appointment. Before or after your treatment feel free to enjoy  our mineral pools. Or just take time to relax in our tranquil environment so you can float back to reality at a leisurely pace.

Guests under 18 needs to be accompanied by an adult.

Health Conditions:  Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect your treatment when you make your spa reservation.

Loss or damage: We regret we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your visit.
